Supporting grass-roots cultural organisations
In 2022 Cultureshock was commissioned to create a brand identity, website, films and a stand-alone book for Future Connected, a south London-based leadership development programme for directors of grass-roots organisations.
The book, Manifestos for Optimism, contains 14 interviews with inspirational cultural leaders – including Alex Beard, Farooq Chaudhry, Ekow Eshun, Suhair Khan and Erica Whyman – on the importance of optimism in building business resilience, alongside profiles of participants in the Future Connected programme and a poem by Abstract Benna, Lambeth’s first poet laureate.
